Work description🌲🌍 *Volunteer Opportunity in Swedisch Lappland * 🌍🌲
As of now, we are looking for volunteers to join a welcoming family running a cozy nature lodge in Jokkmokk. Nestled in the heart of Swedish Lapland, Jokkmokk is a place of unparalleled natural beauty: vast forests, majestic mountains, crystal-clear lakes and winding rivers is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. With its distinct Sami heritage and centuries-old traditions, Jokkmokk offers an authentic experience.

*Volunteer Responsibilities:*
- Assist with daily tasks around the lodge and house (meal preparation, housekeeping, childcare – the kids are 10 and 13) - Help maintain the lodge and its surroundings, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Support eco-friendly practices and sustainable living initiatives within the household.
- Working hours are around 5 hours per day, 5-6 days per week. But since the team is small it is expected to work until the work is done.

*Requirements:*
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Minimum stay: 3 months
-Drivers license
- Genuine interest in becoming part of a family-like environment and contributing to their daily life.
- Ability to adapt to remote living conditions and work well in a family setting.
- Open-mindedness, flexibility, and a willingness to embrace new experiences.
- Basic proficiency in English.
